From December 29 to January 4, Bicêtre Park transforms into a 135-square-meter eco-friendly skating rink made from synthetic material: a smart alternative to traditional ice that normally requires constant freezing and heavy energy use. It’s an easy metro ride away, making it an accessible outing for families and anyone craving a bit of seasonal magic.

Because the rink doesn't rely on refrigeration systems, it avoids the energy demand that typical holiday rinks need to stay frozen. That means visitors get the full skating experience with a much smaller environmental footprint. There’s no melting ice or nonstop cooling, just smooth gliding in the crisp winter air. The town also keeps it 100% free, a welcome bonus during a season when outings can add up fast.
