How World Cup Venues Are Going Greener
Before the first whistle, many World Cup stadiums were already making a different kind of progress. Thirteen of the 16 venues have earned LEED certification, a green building rating that looks at areas like energy use, water efficiency, air quality, and waste reduction.
Together, the certified stadiums have installed more than 11,500 solar panels, and the updates are expected to save more than 100 million gallons of drinking water each year. Some venues are also cutting single-use plastics, improving lighting and cooling systems, and reusing, recycling, or composting nearly all of their waste.
The tournament still has a large climate footprint, especially because of air travel and the expanded number of teams. But using existing stadiums and improving how they operate is still a meaningful step. It is a reminder that big events can leave behind more than memories. With the right planning, they can also push public spaces to become cleaner, smarter, and more efficient for years to come.

Easy Summer Self-Care to Help You Recharge
Summer can be full of the good stuff: family gatherings, travel, long evenings outside, and plans that seem to fill the calendar fast. But when the days get busy, simple self-care habits can help you feel more present for all of it.
Try starting with a few small resets that fit into real life:
Refresh one space: Tidy your car, fridge, work bag, or nightstand so one part of your day feels easier.
Unplug for a little while: Take a short walk, sit outside, or enjoy your coffee without scrolling.
Stock feel-good snacks: Keep chopped veggies, berries, hard-boiled eggs, infused water, or hummus nearby.
Make movement fun: Try swimming, biking, dancing, paddleboarding, pilates, or a casual walk with a friend.
Try protein-packed desserts: Protein cookie bites, Greek yogurt with berries, cottage cheese and peaches, or a smoothie can help keep you energized.
The goal is not to perfect your summer routine. It is to make the season feel a little more supportive, joyful, and easy to come back to.

Is Botox Safe?
Aging gracefully doesn’t mean ignoring fine lines, it means deciding how to handle them. As time goes by, forehead lines, crow’s feet, and frown lines become more noticeable. For many, smoothing them out isn’t about changing your look, but about feeling confident when you look in the mirror.
LaserAway offers Botox treatments performed by licensed medical professionals, designed to smooth and help prevent fine lines while keeping your results natural-looking and refreshed. Botox is clinically proven to temporarily relax the muscles that cause wrinkles, softening lines without altering your overall appearance.
LaserAway commonly treats:
Forehead lines
Frown lines
Crow’s feet
Jawline, chin, neck, and more
Typically, Botox can cost up to $25 per unit. Right now, LaserAway is offering Botox at just $10 per unit for your first treatment. With over 100 million vials of Botox sold since 2002, it’s a safe, proven way to help you look and feel your best.

Sunset of the Day in Maine
The Canopy reader Valerie shared this sunrise from Maine, and the story behind it makes the photo even more special. After dropping off her middle child for their first year of college, Valerie went for an early swim while staying with her sister, who captured this quiet moment.
The golden light, calm water, and Valerie’s silhouette in the waves say so much without needing to say much at all. It’s peaceful, beautiful, and a little bittersweet, just like those big life moments often are.
Thank you to Valerie for sharing this beautiful sunrise! Have a sunset, sunrise, or snapshot you’d love to share? Send it our way for a chance to be featured in The Canopy.

The Work That Got You Here Is Holding You Back
What built your business won’t scale it.
The habits, responsibilities, and daily involvement that once drove growth can quickly become the very things that slow it down.
The real shift is letting go of the work you’ve outgrown.
The free resource From Operator to Owner: How to Exit the Middle helps leaders identify what to delegate, what to retain, and how to move forward with clarity.
BELAY supports that transition by matching you with U.S.-based Executive Assistants who bring the judgment and reliability needed to take work off your plate, without adding full-time overhead.
