Ready to Share Your Favorite Sunset?

It's time to show off your photography skills! We're officially opening submissions for our next Sunset of the Day.

To enter, reply to this email with:

  • A favorite photo (or two!)

  • A short description telling us where you were and what made that moment special

Once submissions close, we'll share our favorites with the community. That means your photo could be the one that stops someone mid-scroll and reminds them to look up more often.

Whether it was captured from your backyard, a hiking trail, or a random Tuesday drive home, we want to see it!

Ready to share your slice of sky? Send those photos our way.

Your Morning Coffee Could Help Build the Future

Most of us don't think twice about tossing coffee grounds in the trash. But here's the thing: over six million tons of them end up in landfills every year worldwide, where they break down and release methane, a greenhouse gas many times more harmful than CO2. Researchers in Australia decided there had to be a better way.

Scientists at RMIT University found that heating coffee grounds at a high temperature (without oxygen) transforms them into a charcoal-like material called biochar. When that biochar replaces some of the sand in concrete, the result is a mix that's stronger and produces less CO2 than traditional concrete.

It matters more than you might think. Concrete alone is responsible for around 8% of global carbon emissions, and the sand mining it requires damages ecosystems, too. The RMIT team is already partnering with local governments to bring this to real construction projects. It's a good reminder that solutions don't always have to start from scratch. Sometimes they start with what we're already throwing away.

Most anti-aging devices are expensive placebos. This one isn't.

Red light therapy sounds like wellness bullsh*t. We get it.

But Celluma is the only LED brand with 5 FDA clearances, not just for wrinkles, but also pain relief, hair growth, body contouring & more. Clinical trials showed 80% improvement in skin texture and a 66% reduction in wrinkles after 4 weeks of consistent use.

Most LED devices don't have the power density or wavelength precision to actually do anything. Celluma does. With proprietary processor-driven algorithms that deliver proven results, plus a patented design that shapes around your face, scalp, or any body part. No needles, no downtime, no Botox appointments.

The only catch? Consistent use. This isn't a one-and-done fix. It's mitochondrial support for your skin & entire body, a fancy way of saying it helps your cells do their job.

If you're already spending money on anti-aging stuff anyway, at least try something with actual clinical backing.

Results vary. Consistency required. FDA-cleared for specific indications.

Five Floral Coffee Recipes We’re Loving This Spring

We love a good coffee shop moment as much as anyone. But spring is actually the perfect time to experiment in your own kitchen, and it's easier than you'd think. Swapping out your usual brew for something light and floral can make your morning feel like a whole new experience.

Think lavender, rose, honey, and strawberry. The kind of flavors that feel like a farmer’s market in a cup. A blackberry lavender latte comes together with just-brewed coffee, lavender syrup, and a splash of blackberry syrup. A vanilla rose latte is just as simple, using rose syrup to give your everyday coffee a fresh, floral twist. If you're more of a matcha fan, a strawberry matcha latte layers earthy green tea with sweet strawberry puree for something that tastes way fancier than it is.

Most of these recipes use syrups you can find online or at a grocery store, and the best part? You probably already have half the ingredients. Here's to more slow mornings, good coffee, and a season worth savoring.
